I offer a variety of services to individuals needing affordable, fast and responsive help with their computers. I provide the following services at a very affordable rate.

  • Virus and spyware removal
  • Memory and Storage upgrades
  • Data recovery
  • Hardware replacement
  • Custom computer builds
  • On-site computer service is available on a limited basis. Call for information.

I offer these services at my home. You only need to bring your computer to my home and drop it off. You do not need to bring me your monitor, keyboard, mouse or printer. Most services can be completed overnight. Some services require me to contact support of the original manufacturer.

  • General Troubleshooting - $20.00 This solves most issues that will get a computer working again. I will physically clean the computer to remove dust/debris, check the hardware, check for viruses and spyware, and check for software errors.

If an issue is discovered that requires additional service, pricing goes as follows:

  • Malicious Software removal - $20.00 Deep infections take more time.
  • Data Recovery - $20.00 plus cost of media, i.e. $2.00 per DVD
  • Hardware Replacement - Cost of hardware, shipping, taxes plus 5% of cost

For hardware and memory upgrades, I research product reviews and affordable pricing. I will not recommend an upgrade that has little benefit to you. If you have a computer that is older and you wish to get it in working order, I will do just that. Most computer users just want to be able to email and go to Facebook safely. That is why I offer these services. Necessary repairs beyond General Troubleshooting will be discussed with you so that we can go over your options and costs before any work is done.

If you decide you wish to have a newer, faster and bigger computer built, I offer those services as well. I research the latest hardware reviews, specifications and prices. I can build you a computer that offers speed and reliability, without a daunting price tag. NO BLOATWARE.

  • Computer Build - $25.00 plus 5% of hardware costs. You tell me your budget and the intended use for your desired computer and I will research the best hardware options and give you an estimate. On builds, payment must be made upfront.

After researching your needs, I produce a recommended hardware list complete with the cost of hardware. If you approve the build, your hardware will be ordered. After all the hardware is received, it usually takes about 24 - 48 hours to complete the build.

I provide technical support after the build for 6 months. Warranty service is provided by me, through the original seller. For example, if your video card dies while still under a 3 year parts warranty, I contact the seller/manufacturer for part replacement then I will install it. My goal is for you to have a working computer.
